Sunday. I was out of town when Stars played the Black Cat a few months ago, so I'm excited to see them as well.

From what I hear, absolutely awful. It used to be Ritz Theatre, but now it basically just hosts Latin dance nights. People who went to Interpol there in March said it had horrible acoustics and sight lines. (Unfortuantely, I have to be out-of-town for the 9:30 Club shows, otherwise…)

0% according the weather.com. Rain will put a damper on our desires to hike down there on Saturday, but looks to clear out by Sunday.

Well it just so happened that I was going to be in Chapel Hill anyway so I figured I would buy tickets. Too bad it isn't a great venue. When I bought the tickets I figured it was at the Cat's Cradle and was surprized to find out it wasn't. Well I will be the other "DC-music fan" who supposedly doesn't dance, clap, say yeah, or enjoy themselves- I guess your not allowed to nod if you recognize me.

Yeah, I'd prefer if it was at Cat's Cradle, that place is OK.

Sunday (and then Tue in Philly).

Hoping for a prime spot on the balcony for Stars and then will hang out at the bar for DCFC. I just read in a Toronto Star article on the Arts and Crafts label that Stars have also been on O.C. *three* times. Ugh.
