just like any other country in the world, there are canadian rappers. unfortunately the two that you would recognize used to rap a lot more, nowadays they tend to sing more: Drake and The Weeknd. i doubt that names like the Dream Warriors, K-os, Abdominal, Rascalz, etc. would mean much to you (understandably).
oh - Tom Green was in a rap group, Organized Rhyme, way back in the day ;D

To be fair, there's only like 7 people up there.

I think its closer to 38 mill
but correct me if I'm wrong, but the Canadian version of the 3/5ths compromise is that it allows Moose to be counted as a part of that number
although, I haven't heard word if the Moose are eligible for the same payments

My sister was bit by a moose once. Moose bites can be pretty nasty.

Its getting sparse for sure. Simply being born in Detroit has made me a member of Parliament. I had to vote on this shit.

Don’t worry — I’m on my way to the Hill in Ottawa to talk to the viceroy and get this stopped. They’ll take Molson from us over my dead body.

dang, you really are canadian!
i haven't read or heard anything about banning alcohol sales. generally, it's a bad idea. for the serious alcoholic, going cold turkey can have disastrous results that require hospitalization - something we're desperately trying to avoid. i've read this argument many times now: liquor stores have to stay open, to keep alcoholics out of the ER.
