If that's really the case, why is he 99% sure he's running in 2024? Is Putin making him?

For that matter, I thought Trump was supposed to be in jail by this point in time. What's going on?

oh, he wants to be president in as much as it allows him to raise money, be in the constant spotlight, have everyone hang on his every word, have forced respect, etc.  but he's never wanted the JOB of president: listening to advisors, making tough decisions, representing everyone including those who didn't vote for you, etc.

i'm sure putin would be just as thrilled with a second term as he was with the first.  look how much damage was done to america, can you imagine what a second dose would do?

dunno, merrick has been a tad disappointing so far.  i mean, his focus is correct - the insurrection, domestic terrorism, election security, etc. - but he sure as hell isn't as satisfying as, say, vance.

you know everyone who won't be vaxxed because of the microchip to used for gov tracking, those who decry mask mandates because FREEDOM, etc etc. won't have any issue at all with this little overreach being attempted in PA… because you know their guy lost…

ok…this is a weird stance…but anyone wearing Trump/MAGA clothing on saturday will be shot on site*

It has been organized by a former Trump campaign aide, Matt Braynard, but he has asked that attendees not wear pro-Trump clothing or carry Trump signs. Anyone not honoring that request, he tweeted on Tuesday, “will be assumed to be an infiltrator.”
