It usually takes years, even decades, of abuse to get Feds to look at jail conditions. These insurrectionist Karens are discovering that jail sucks and they've demanded to speak to the manager.

Why is mainstream media ignoring this story? Several members of Congress were involved in planning 1/6. That seems like it should make the headlines.

not sure why you're saying this… was on the front page of NYT, WaPo and CNN.  perhaps they should have been making an even bigger deal about this - shouting it in 72-point font instead of just another headline - but i haven't seen any evidence of mainstream news completely ignoring this story.  i wouldn't be surprised if news sources on the right ignored this story, but i don't read those so can't confirm.
