Sadly, Crystal left during the pandemic so you're going to have to come back and get all beer sniffy again so I have someone else to talk about you with at the bar.

Spring Break.
I’m out right now, but I will come back with my entire thesis spelled out about Road House is a Jesus allegory by COB Wednesday. I have notes and will defend the shit out of this.

Did you pull a Space?
Did you say “Do you know Kosmo?”
Please give us his final concert total for 2022.

I wonder how many Space's I'm going to have to pull at tonight's show.
I actually think nobody wants to talk to me, and it's everyone else that is pulling a Space on me. So I am actually doing them a favor by Spacing on them.
Except to his credit, Yada approached me (he saw me first) the last show we were both at (that I know of.)

The issue was he was pretty much in the front row and I was in my Food Food spot…so we were unable to talk
I did not end up hanging around after the show
I would have happily talked to him, but now the Hold steady have played DMV shows, I'm not 100% sure what I'll talk to him about going forward ;)

I'll confirm tonight, but I think he did get to 100

How much space will Space need to pull multiple Space's in this space

I have been considered by many a man of the people.

You can confirm that the people are terrible and have bad taste, or that Julian's America is long on record as asserting those claims?

So the Hold Steady were really on fire Friday night at the black cat
I'm very glad they posted the set times, as I kind of thought Friendship sucked at Ottobar and waltzed in minutes before THS went on and got a great spot on the 'balcony' right up front
Played a few new songs not released yet and they sounded great. They have so many 'hits' from those first 4 records, that seeing them two nights in a row, I got my fill on nearly all of them
Someone joined him on stage for a verse of Stay Positive, but not really sure who it was
Craig seriously said he 'loved' DC about 20 times…but yet the first show in a decade and they have been touring a lot since 2016
It was very packed too, so I would hope that THS gets the picture that they could likely pack shows whenever they come to town
I think this might have sold out the 9:30 club, again because they hadn't been in town for soo l long
I also thought the 3-day pass thing was a good plan, I think I paid very close to the face value of two tix (since no service fees are included)
I guess they just take 20 or so of their guest list and do this, I think it's genius
I didn't go to Philly, but likely wouln't have done both Balt/DC and glad I did
I did spot Challenged although we didn't talk, we exchanged waves from across the front of the room
I Spaced on finding Space in that space. He was there, writing incoherent posts to the forum
