One positive of being dead-not hearing Ween songs
Ween worst band ever? Discuss your thoughts about how awful Ween is here.
I meant deaf but actually dead works better.

Immediately suspect given Bananas And Blow (it's fine) and Transdermal Celebration (bad, boring song) in the top ten.
But also, lol:
"Oliver Stone allegedly played this song (Little Birdy) on a loop while filming Natural Born Killers."
Oh, and for those that don't know, the live version of She Fucks Me they mention was from the 9:30 Club 12GCGs tour.

Agree about Transdermal celebration but people worship Quebec. I think it’s almost their worst album next to Cucaracha. Opinions…
Bananas and Blow is awesome but not top 10 for me…a bit overplayed

Natural Born Killers, is pure icon and pure cunt. You cannot achieve higher praise, in this reality.
Little Birdy, is also, such a piece of art, so those shoes do fit.

merci… as they should
I like Quebec quite a bit…a nice mix IMO of old school duo-era weirdness and new school polished band. On the lower end of the album rankings, but I listen to it way more than White Pepper or Lu Cucaracha. It's just that Transdermal Celebration is just the most boring alt rock.

I sold my original pressing for $200 about a year ago. I decided I would rather have the cash than an album I didn’t like. To me it sounds like leftovers from previous albums. Stuff that they did way better before Quebec. In retrospect it marked the end of Ween as a living recording band.

Flutes of Chi, Even If You Don't, Stroker Ace, Stay Forever and Pandy Fackler are all great songs
I love Bananas and Blow as well, not a top 10 ween song, but makes it in the top 30 range
even Cornbread Red (which they played at the last SS show) is a great WP b-side
as for transdermal…it almost doesn't sound like them
Not a horrible song, but not a fav at all
I am on the same page as sidehatch with regards to White Pepper. It’s perfect.
A guy from Rhino who worked on the C & C reissue said on another forum that “the hope is to do more” Ween reissues. Anyways, I am happy with mine. I think I have spent enough on Ween and at this point paying $70 for one lp of outtakes is not worth it.

So far she's been less than receptive to my offer of asking them to play
