wait, your kid knows who Archie Bunker is/was?? clearly culturally, and historically, well-rounded.

can't speak for space,
but TicTok is a pop culture cliff notes,
I am sometimes floored by the little pop culture gems my kids actually know (not from me introducing it to them and I have unsuccessfully tried)
Dolly Parton Songs and buddy Holly songs, scenes from Sanford and Son or The Wonder Years, Carlin and Murphy monologs, Clockwork Orange and Godfather quotes….but there is no context or even a desire to know the origin of it
they can digest whole multi-season tv series, but only watch 1/20th of it

We watched the series from beginning to near end as a family a few years ago..One of the few shows where I felt the whole family equally enjoyed the show. (Freaks and Geeks and My So Called Life were a couple of others.)
It was the first time through for it for all of us. I feel like my dad watched it when I was a little kid but I was a tad too young to get it at the time.
We'll probably go back and watch a few episodes tonight or tomorrow in Norman's honour.

Either Space’s kid has changed their pronoun, Space’s kid has thoughts on Archie Bunker, or Space mistyped. A nation waits with bated breath.

We were talking about what Archie Bunker would have thought about Trump. My kid wouldn't have voted for Trump in 2016, because she was 9. According to my kid, Archie Bunker, had he lived, would have voted for Trump in 2016 but not 2020.

If Rizz goes dark we'll know why
"A New York man who is running for the congressional seat previously held by George Santos has been convicted of charges relating to the Jan. 6 riot after he testified at his trial that he didn't know Congress convened inside the Capitol."
Grillo in May filed as a candidate for New York’s 3rd Congressional District seat — the seat Santos, a Republican, held until his expulsion from the House last week following a scathing Ethics Committee report. The Justice Department noted that during his trial, Grillo testified that he had “no idea” that Congress convened inside the Capitol.
It wasn’t immediately clear whether Grillo will also be a candidate in the Feb. 13 special election for the seat.

Thank you for the clarity but you’ve inadvertently taken away our sense of mystery and wonder.

There is nothing in this response that would indicate their pronouns haven't changed recently.

We got nothing…. But are going to proceed anyway and hope no one notices
While their investigation has raised ethical questions, no evidence has emerged that Biden acted corruptly or accepted bribes in his current role or previous office as vice president

standard right-wing fare, just like when trump tried pressuring the ukrainians to declare the start of an investigation into joe biden in 2019. rudy said the quiet part out loud (again) - "we don't care if you actually investigate, we just need you to issue a statement that you will." because only guilty people are investigated, right? </smear_campaign>

"it would be a wrongful act under the Election Code for the Secretary to list President Trump as a candidate on the presidential primary ballot". Assuming that means the general is an entirely different story, which is pretty funny.
