Zebra…now there is a Long Island metal band I've not heard named in ages (technically they are from Louisiana)

just found out …On October 8, 2012, Zebra was inducted into the Long Island Music Hall of Fame.
can't believe there is such a thing

apparently… It has been the decision of the Hall to define "Long Island" geographically, adding Brooklyn and Queens counties in addition to the more common definition, which typically only refers to Suffolk and Nassau. This approach has been questioned, but the Hall states that the inclusion of all four counties on the land mass is in keeping with the historic mission of the museum

kinda stretching it to include NYC in LI

I was supposed to see Zebra open for Rush once, but I think they were replaced by Helix at the last minute.  Or was it the other way around?

To be regularly crystal clear, these are shows I did see.  And since it's correct that 100s can be entered for any given day, I'll just narrow down to those only in the area (Balto included….this ain't JA thread) but that'll mean only a coupla ZEBRA entries…

He kept all of his ticket stubs over the years in a most organized fashion.

When I redid mine autobiographically, all hope was lost.
I have most of mine in a shoebox in a closet.  Unfortunately, I lost the early years in a tragic accident…
no way.. he has a database

i seen it FOR REAL!

autobiographically?
Maybe he means that the ticket stubs are sorted based on the age of the person depicted in the cover art of the album that the band is touring on.  Like first would be the Nevermind tour:

then comes the 1984 tour:

Yadda yadda yadda….

Eventually we hit Aqualung:

And it all ends up with some Iron Maiden stub.

Ooh - hadn't seen this thread before.  I wanna play.
