lets cut to the chase and stop babbling about inanities: when do tickets go on sale and how much?
Official 930 Club Replacements Echostage May 8 Show

Valet parking.
I second the car detailing option…. C'mon Seth, this is a great profit center…

I will be there, I will valet my car
ah, so you'll be taking the Maserati.
Judging by the other Replacements ticket listings already online, my guess is between $50-60 after service charges.
Waiting for when and what time.
Will go with a driver myself.
Never saw them back in the day, have seen them twice since reuniting (Riotfest and Forest Hills Stadium). Both great, but they are in my top tier. The Hold Steady opened at Forest Hills, that was so awesome I could barely stand it.
With just 13 shows announced, I think this will sell out quickly (also as a Friday show). But I guess incorrectly much of the time.

I agree that this probably won't be transcendent but I can't imagine a Replacements show being boring or slow.
Fortunately being a resident of the Lincoln Park neighborhood, I think Echostage is reachable by bike.

No seriously, can someone please answer this?? ;D
I can't get in to the official website concerts page right now, but when I looked yesterday, five of the 13 shows just announced go on sale this week. Presale for April show Thursday at 10, general sale Friday at 10. Presale for May dates next Thursday (Feb 19) and general sale Friday (Feb 20). All of the shows with sale dates listed are on Ticketmaster. Ticketfly has nothing at all for Replacements right now.
DC was not in the group with sale dates listed, though I know some folks who think all the shows will go on sale the same week.
That noted, I am on the email list but have not gotten an email about even the show announcements. So, I'm skeptical I'll get presale info on a timely basis.

Been on their email list since day one. Worthless.
echostage = ticketmaster
Interesting – IMP show, but sold through Ticketmaster.

I think that's the case (or at least it was) also for DAR and others?

presale 2/19 at 10 am.
I imagine it's an IMP presale and presale info on Wednesday's email blast
$64.95 is the listed price on Ticketmaster. Add at $4 for order processing and another $2.50 if you want a hardstock ticket.
probably closer to $80?
Vas wrote:Just looking at other events through Echostage on Ticketmaster, it looks like the "Ticketing fee" is built into the 64.95 but the $4 "Order Processing Fee" (per order, not per ticket) and the $2.50 for hardstock tickets (instead of free Willcall/Print-At-Home) are not.

So, right at $70.
The ticket price makes sense:
"Recently divorced and without a steady income, Westerberg humorously copped to his band?s financial worth during their set at the Forecastle Festival in Louisville, Ky. After referring to his crew as ?middle-age hobos,? he asked into the microphone, ?Hey buddy, can you spare a quarter of a million dollars??"

I NEVER begrudge anyone charging what people are willing to pay……seems silly not to in a way….just creates a bunch of scalpers..
BUT I have began the year off in a really miserly mood when it comes to spending money on concerts so I'm not sure what i'm going to do…
as I said before, to me this is not the Replacements but Westerberg with Tommy doing Replacements tunes….
glad they're doing it…..just not sure i'm going to pay $70 for a general admission ticket..
heck i'd rather pay $100 for a seat within the first 10 rows and then just stand the entire time..
