I just grabbed a handful. There were 10 almonds.
Though this picture would mislead you into thinking I was eating more than that.

Ahh sorry for the confusion. The only time listed is 3:30. As in, "oh hey, its almost time for my 3:30 banana".
I don't always have morning almonds. I did today because I was especially hungry. Afternoon snack is a 3:30 banana and a buncha almonds. Buncha being the key unit of measure.

Jesus Christ . . . It must suck to be a slave to food. Since high school, almost 40 now, I eat what I want, when ever I want, and don't gain weight. I have weighed 215 - 220 for the past 20 years. if i only drink water and no alcohol, I drop to about 200. Now I am back at the gym because I want to, beat up people.

You're fat!! The logic of "you eat what you want" when you are currently overweight is staggering. Enjoy the 'beetus!

Oh I don't have rules about food. I too eat however much I want and never gain weight - still 155.
I think I have different ideas about what food is than most people. For me, food generally doesn't come from a box, a bag, a carton or a drive-thru. The edible things that you'll find in those places are things I don't want to consume since they don't register as food. I've seen the effects on people who eat that stuff, and I choose not to do that to myself.
Just because something is edible does not make it food. It must suck to be a slave to not food.
FWIW, the idea of a 3:30 banana came about because I bring a banana with me as an afternoon snack. After months (years?) of doing this, I noticed that I almost always got hungry at around 3:30. Once I connected those two ideas, the name stuck.

Whoa. That's poison in a bag. Thirteen, extruded,
deep fried Oven Baked(!), and vacuum sealed ingredients. In every 28 grams, roughly equivalent to 15 "curls" or 1/8th of the bag you get:
10 grams of fat (36 percent of each bite)
15 grams of carbs (54 percent of each bite)
2 grams of non-nutritive substance (7 percent of each bite)
1 gram of protein (4 percent of each bite)
And that's only if you eat 1/12th of the bag. More likely you're eating 1/2 of the bag at a time, so 40 grams of fat, 60 grams of sugar, 4 grams of protein and 8 grams of undigestible, yet somehow edible foodstuff.

He said he's lost some weight but when he did this a few weeks back, he was 11 pounds beyond a <25 BMI! Fat is fat!

just about the same dimensions/weight as me…so you must be right at BMI of 26ish
so to get under 25 BMI, you either need to get down to 164 or grow about 3.5 inches :)
and I think the term is pleasantly plump or BBM

Plus they're not even curls. They're straight. But they're damn good.

There are certain folks (such as yourself if that photo is legit) who are clearly swole and BMI doesn't apply to. This applies to 0.0003% of all people with a >25 BMI.
