A rolling compendium of everything Julian eats: a guide to healthy living

Why did I think you once posted a picture of yourself and two kids and you were all white? Maybe I'm mentally attaching the picture I'm thinking of to the wrong person.
I'm sorry, but guys like that don't post on music message boards
I'm calling bullshit on that

Take a photo with just the word relaxer on your abs and I'll believe you

The lighting sucks in our bathroom so the abs picture I took isn't that good. But the tattoo is consistent with my photos.

And now I will stop posting pictures of my anatomy.

as someone who has met Relaxer IRL, i assure that is him.  those pix are legit.

There are certain folks (such as yourself if that photo is legit) who are clearly swole and BMI doesn't apply to. This applies to 0.0003% of all people with a >25 BMI.

nope, it applies to anyone with broad shoulders an above-average muscle mass.  at my peak of my gym'ing and running, my BMI was 26.  for me to get below 25, i would need to weight less than 179.  that won't work on my frame, at least not in a healthy way.

BMI applies to a very average build.  if you're a gazelle - long body, low muscle mass - a BMI below 25 could still be unhealthy.

I feel like this entire thread just became justified because it lead to this moment.

That pic of julian on social media looked as though he could spare a few pounds.

I've had two hot dogs, French fries, and a soda pop today. Let memorial day weekend begin, my friends.

that's fine.  you weren't posting pix of the part of your anatomy that most people here were interested in anyways.

Whoa.  That's poison in a bag.  Thirteen, extruded, deep fried Oven Baked(!), and vacuum sealed ingredients.  In every 28 grams, roughly equivalent to 15 "curls" or 1/8th of the bag you get:

10 grams of fat (36 percent of each bite)
15 grams of carbs (54 percent of each bite)
2 grams of non-nutritive substance (7 percent of each bite)
1 gram of protein (4 percent of each bite)

And that's only if you eat 1/12th of the bag.  More likely you're eating 1/2 of the bag at a time, so 40 grams of fat, 60 grams of sugar, 4 grams of protein and 8 grams of undigestible, yet somehow edible foodstuff.

Plus they're not even curls.  They're straight.  But they're damn good.

Yes. they. are.  damn. good. I ate a little and brought the rest to work so all could share in trying to digest the indigestible.

Edit:
[li]salad with onions and homemade sun dried tomato and basil dressing[/li]
    [li]cup of minestrone soup[/li]
from now on, you will forever be known, as, black relaxer.
[li]pita bread with sundried tomatoes and artichoke[/li]
    [li]tomato bisque [/li]
    [li]vodka soda[/li]
[li]hummus plate with veggies, told them to hold the garlic bread [/li]
    [li]steamed broccoli[/li]
    [li]rum and diet coke[/li]
    [li]vegan hot dog [/li]
Vegan hot dog is not food.
    [li]spaghetti[/li]
