The first time I went to DC Space in 10th grade it was a 9353 show, I think Grey Matter was opening. A couple dudes sitting at tables rolled one up and burned it right there.  Mind=blown.

There are places, I think, that turn a blind eye to that kind of stuff on their patio. I know a few places I frequent [near/around U St corridor] I always run into people on back patios doing it. Hell, even right on U St on the sidewalk. There's so many people out on weekends now that I think cops just try and keep an eye out for bigger disturbances.
