so, there's cap room for forsberg.
From one concussion to the next….
everyone is all excited about their signings, especially fans of the Flyers.

i can see the really bad teams getting some good players to be happy, but come on people.

you got Forsberg, whoopty fucking doo. you lost Roenick
you got Hatcher, Rathje and some other guy(what was his name, but then lost LeClair, Zhamnov and Amonte.

so whats the big fat deal. now they're going to win the cup? i just dont get it really.

i dont see too many teams that have made THAT big of an improvement yet.

The Ducks added Scott Neidermayer without losing Federov. I'll take that.
very true.

also, Zhamnov to the Bruins is official.

if we can sign our RFA's i think we'll have improved too. (a bit)
the cap is here so teams like the flyers spend less. if they are around as good as before the cap, that would seem like good news, right?

i completely agree … i think alot of these teams would have made huge improvements if these moves had happened in 1999 … all these names are OLD
maybe some hockey fan with too much time on their hands can help me out. i need to track down the rosters of the central red army team and the flyers team from the infamous january 11, 1976 game (the one that the broad street bullies scared off the russian team)

VB: Sonick is saying Neidermayer to the Ducks
VS: We already signed Neidermayer
VB: I just saw that
VS: We had his rights, we just had to renegotiate a new contract
VB: No, Scott
VS: Holy Shit!

I haven't stopped smiling yet….
Worst news ever for Devils fans. The only way it could possibly be worse is if Scott Stevens decides to retire.
