don't know if true but I read he blew a .02 when the legal limit is .08.  How could he be charged if he is under legal limit?

Do not condone DUI but .02 is bullshit.

That only applies for under 21, but to be fair, Springsteen looks great for his age.
.02 produces a calming effect, iirc. Not much more than that.

Also, it's a National Recreation Area, not a National Park. I've been up there in the summer and the roads are anything but deserted. Though i would guess they would be in the winter.
