Twice Removed and One Chord to Another are my faves, but I don't have Navy Blues or Between the Bridges. Twice Removed is phenomenal.

Kosmo, have you gotten the new album? I haven't yet; wondering how it ranks if you've heard it.

and of the six records they have released i would rank it the lowest…

1. twice removed - brilliant a desert island disc
2. navy blues - chocked full of singles
3. between the bridges - a canadian rock opera
4. smeared - the "next" nirvana
5. one chord to another - a sloppy lets try it again as a band effort
6. pretty together - the first couple tracks are full spot the influence songs, but its pretty forgottenable by the end.
I wish Lovely Light was on this one… or at least a remix to make things interesting. But it's on "Another Mellow Spring".

Then that soundtrack's loss.
:D
I saw Lost in Translation over two weeks ago (got in to the preview screening – they had passes at DCCD). It is really excellent; I still think about it sometimes. Bill Murray is fantastic, funny but subtle and very nuanced. It's definitely a character piece.

This TCTC album is really excellent. Definitely even better than the 1st album (which I also liked). Now if they would only come over here…

And I agree that Lost in Translation is very good. I need to get that soundtrack.
Hey Jag,did you make your way through those discs yet?If so,did anything new strike your fancy?
Where'd you pull that heist off at?

This is probably the best 20 cents find ever! Not only that but I also got two other copies of it. [/QB]
at the kemp mill going out of business sale at iverson mall (marlow heights, md). all .99 records were 5 for a dollar. i even passed up a couple not realizing the 5 for a dollar special.

when i fell motivated i might post all the stuff i've gotten at the various kemp mill/ willies sales. i got two xtc boxsets at 60% off :D
btw that is a double disc import set with 192 booklet with a virtual who's who of 90's britpop
