I have the first album and it didnt make a really strong impression on me. This will be the stimulus to try again.

But I was just surprised pale saints were kind of obscure and overshadowed by their labelmates.

"In Ribbons" is more accessible and atmospheric than "Comforts of Madness". This one also features female vocals which helps out their sound.
