2lbs #bacon, 1pkg cubed mozzarella cheese, can of biscuits 8ct. Quarter biscuits, place cheese cube inside each quarterd biscuit and close tightly, wrap bacon tightly around biscuit and use large skewer to hold together. Heat pan of oil (canola) to 350degrees and place them in only a few at a time. Once a golden color and bacon is cooked take out and drain on paper towel. Serve warm.

They tried a Bacon Festival in Richmond last year. Seemed like a good idea but the event became a nightmare because a ton more people showed up than expected. Huuuuge crowd.

Bacon and Beer fest does sound fun though.
