Im not sure what the overall consensus on modest mouse is in terms of popularity but I would hope they do not headline the indie stage and go up against the police.

i went to vfest last year and decided to upgrade to vip. wasnt worth it really. we had port-o-potties like everyone else. we were able to use the bathrooms in the grandstand and have air conditioning, but you couldnt see the stage there. also everyone that was in the grandstand area wasnt vip, luckily everyone didnt know about it. we could use the bleachers, but they are too far from the stage. the area that was roped off wasnt raised, it was the same level as everything else. i was lucky enough to grab a good spot not to far from the stage and had a great view of the peppers so i wasnt pissed about the waste of money.

I didn't think Incubus were all that popular these days. If they play, great. It'll free up the hour that I can spend drunk in the batting cage, if they have that feature again this year.

This was so promising with the annoucement of the Police and the Beastie Boys that I gobbled up a hotel room next to the racetrack. If they fill in the rest of the lineup with crap I'm going to be heartbroken.

It would be cool to add BT to the Dance tent but a Dance tent alone will not get me to the festival.
