Oh well, it was nice for a few minutes to think they'd changed their evil ways.

Why do I think you're glad to read and post this? Sort of like Romney when he hears that American embassies are being stormed or the jobs numbers ain't all that… why DO I get that feeling?

I 'll tell you why! BECAUSE IT IS SO.

but that is why I said would need to make sure and I have made sure…Chick fil a released some document yesterday which I skimmed through and I'm not satisfied.

having said that.. to say they are "evil" seems very exagerated to me… you can read up, if you wish, about all the good they do in the community.. I'm sure you won't.. when you get older and you been around the block you will realize life is a bit more complicated than black and white. Being against gay marriage doesn't mean they dont' give out millions in scholarships etc etc. Those are good things that they do. But of course any good they may do is inconvenient…

I will continue my boycott as much as it pains me until I am satisfied though..because I support gay marriage and it is an important issue to me.

You see when you were a twinkle in your mother's eye, because you must be very young, I was dealing with  my best friends being gay (and I say "dealing" because it WAS dealing.. ), having a gay roomate in college,  etc.
Woah you had a gay friend! WOW, WHAT A RAINBOW PIONEER. Let me guess, your father was black too, right?

You dumb turd, I'm a married man in my 40s raising two kids, but nice try and also a terrific example of how totally unperceptive you are.

And yes, I am happy to read this. Because the earlier announcement was a purely public relations move that in no way changed their attitudes, it merely demonstrated that they wanted to continue mounting that sweet ass of gay and gay-friendly money. The fact that their earlier PR statement made you "feel good" is why I think you're a loaf.

Why? I Like their food! I want to be able to eat it! WHAT don't you get about it?

And you been punked btw! I had no idea if you were young or old.. how could I possibly know? the point was your thinking is so simplistic you come off as a kiddo, Mr 40+ year old.

well at the conservative university I went too.. i sort of was! you may not believe it but in some places in the South in the late 80s it wasn't easy being openly gay, having a gay roomate, etc…it was overwhelmingly straight/fraternity bros sort of enviroment with a small fringe of artsy/gay/academic achievers.. .very "segregated" in some ways…

but it sounds to me like you just want to argue man so you'll find something and take off on it and disregard the rest! No skin off my nose. All I'm saying is ,as much as I will continue to boycott Chick Fil A, it is a little more complicated than they are evil!!!!!!!!!!! There have been other cases recently where people get their panties in a bunch and go postal on corporations or organizations that overall do a lot of good work even if they are on the wrong side on a specific issue/policy. Susan Komen, Target, etc. come to mind.

I ran into him at Chick Fil A….
Cat receiving signals from another planet

From being a cat owner, I can tell you what he's doing. He's chirping at the birds. Oddly enough, after I was playing this for a few seconds, one of the birds outside my window started chirping along. A few seconds after the video stopped, the bird stopped. Never underestimate the wonder of a cat.

george takei on facebook, is the best.

Walkie, never forget, we luv ya dude.  ;)

god . . . i wish doughnuts would go away.  people only pretend to like them.

yeah, the effect is gone, if it was even there to start, but why did i say doughnuts.  doughnuts?  who says doughnuts when clearly it is a cupcake.  it is cupcakes i do not like.  and that dc cupcake show my partner loves so much.  ughhhh.
was it just me . . . or do those jeans represent america:

cheap looking, and unoriginal.
cheap, yes.  the cut looks incredibly shitty. although 13.5oz and selvage suggests its not.

although unoriginal… that's a good thing in denim.

and again, fuck glenn beck.
