Julian's America II: Electric Boogaloo

the second half of june, july, august and september (mostly) are amazing sunny months here.

How many ACTUAL sunny days happen in that almost 3 month span – I'd say, 20 tops…come on man, its a joke for a reason

I visited in August and can confirm…awesome weather, would go again
When I visited it was like Spring in DC!

I think the electric one is coming out soon

Amazing in theory but the execution was a little off. The gas fumes led to the vapors. I still think Big Fainting Couch was behind this invention.

What's your beef with Subaru's?  Is it the lesbian marketing?

I actually got engaged in a long convo about this and I am apparently unaware of both subarus rep as a lesbian and gentrifier vehicle.

This is my exact neighborhood, albeit I’m on the more southern, less “currently gentrifying” side.

Congratulations!

Should likely be Juilan's nom de plume

Julian, ALLEDGED lesbian and gentrifier…
when i moved to the PNW, i quickly learned that Subarus are the expected, default brand of vehicle.  it's as if they should issue every new arrival an Outback just to ensure social cohesion - if you don't have one, do you really even live here?  subaru dealers compete with each other by advertizing how short their waiting lists are. on the upside, they hold their resale value extremely well thanks to demand.

some to think of it, a very large portion of the population here is lesbian and/or a gentrifier so i guess this checks out.

Writing is pretty good. The house itself sans the funny captions is just someone living out a garrish Carmela Soprano fantasy.
