Honestly, I'm not actually sure whether to be more worried about my basement or my roof at this point.

I like, how the county I live in, is getting in the 2.2 range and the county right above me, is receiving 6.5 to 7.
somewhere around dc will probably get more than 4" but take those maps with a grain of salt…
Well, I picked a great weekend to come to DC it appears.
6 miles nw of silver spring got 3" in 45 minutes….crazy - this isn't even the main event. 
How can you guys tell where anything is on those meteorological maps? I look at them and can never tell where the hell DC or Northern Virginia are.
You, study counties and the size and shape of them.
Arlington is the hardest to see cause it us the nation's smallest
