A combination of some of my favorite music with one of my favorite films.
2001: A Spiritualized Odyssey
Trailer
Must go to Vimeo for Pt. 1
Then you can either stick with Vimeo or go back to YouTube for Pts.2 -->
Walkie, you once mentioned that you thought that you should check out Spiritualized because you thought you might like them. This might be the perfect way for you to space out to their music.

i love that this vid is available in HD. the 1080p really brings out the nuances of the performance.
I told you the Beatles suck.

I mean, it's six minutes of pure hell, but watch the whole thing. The WTF factor keeps growing exponentially.

god damn that is so fucking weird
that has to be the single biggest collection of has-beens ever assembled.
carlton's solo at 1:43 is pure epic.
since when are originators responsible for horrible covers? any song can be made to suck (re: that pink floyd song linked above…)

i saw john nettles!! i love that man and his wonderful show, midsomer murder.
That just proves, once and for all, that the Europeans are not like us. I'm not sure if it's entertaining or ironic or sad, but I do think it's the greatest YouTube representation ever of a bizarre dream someone might have: "I was on a beach….and all these washed up actors from the 80's and 90's…were singing 'Let It Be'…and Freddy Krueger was there…and Right Said Fred…you were the Scarecrow!…"
They also do "We Are the World" and just let me tell you, I've lost a LOT of respect for Tanita Tikaram.
