Did not watch the game but just saw the box score. Was this a home ref game as much as the box score shows it to be? Four goals in the 2nd and ALL FOUR are PP (1st one was 5 sec after the man got back so basically a PP goal as well). Was that the way it really went down or did the Pens just lose control of the game aside from the fact?

Pens completely lost composure. Took a bunch of really bad penalties. There was one questionable/bad call (an interference call where both a Pen and Wing ran into Osgood), but otherwise everything was pretty legit.
Oh, and also: PAVEL, freaking, DATSYUK. Set up 2 goals and just with his all-around play tipped the collective balance back to the boys from Hockeytown.
i missed game 5 apart from bits and piece on a 2 inch screen. i'm going to go with "didnt happen"

Unfortunately in a 7 game series, do overs don't exists.
yes but fortunately the winning team needs 4 wins and not 1 no matter how many goals they win by
also, theyve got to start and end the season earlier. second year in a row that i've been to a wedding during the scf

I blame the groom - he should know better. Early to mid August is a good time to get married, but be wary of The PGA.
his comment was it would have been a perfect wedding if the pens would have showed up for the game
usually i sent around 200 text messages tops

FREE HOCKEY!!!
up until kennedy's goal i was a mess…and then i was a mess after the wings made it 2-1. bring on game 7
Well folks it looks like my John Madden predictions of whoever wins the last game of the series and whoever gets to sixteen wins first will win the cup! Damn I am good…
I said penguins would take it all since the begnning of this thread…… :P

You do realize a road team hasn't won a game seven in the finals in almost 40 years, right?
Believe me I know, and if I have to see Dan Bylsma miss the net in Jersey back in 2003 one more time I'm going to punch somebody.
and you do realize that the pens are 5-0 all time in road game 7's
i dont think any of that means anything. you throw out everything when it comes to game 7. anything can happen in one game
