Pick your winners and number of games each series will go.
well, i am just trying to wrap my head around the awesomeness that i watched Verizon Center over the weekend….but i'll go first.

I dont like to pick series length really but i'll try

  Boston wins in 5
  Washington wins in 7
  Carolina wins in 7
  Pittsburgh wins in 6

  San Jose wins in 7
  Detroit wins in 5
  Vancouver wins in 6
Chicago sweeps Calgary (i have to pick one sweep, right?)
Here is my spin…

Boston (6)
Washington (6)
New Jersey (6)
Philadelphia (7)

San Jose (5)
Detroit (6)
Vancouver (7)
Chicago (5)

I wish I had been in DC for the Frozen Four.  I filled out the ticket application way back when but was not selected.  That championship game was amazing on TV.  I can only imagine what it was like in person.  Down 2 goals with 1 minute to go and you end up winning the game in overtime.  Then the game ends on a typical oddball overtime goal.
I won't try to pick series length - it's tough enough to pick the winner.

Boston
Washington
Carolina
Pittsburgh

San Jose
Detroit
Vancouver
Chicago

Frozen Four was awesome. I should have though to check here if anyone wanted tickets. We had an extra pair. The atmosphere was incredible. We have friends who work in college hockey so we got invited to some of the parties, which were a lot of fun too. We've already bought our tickets for next year at Ford Field (you were pretty much guaranteed tickets if you placed your order before the March deadline).

I still don't think the FF is anything close to the IIHF WJCs but it's still incredible fun and insanity.
I'm rooting for Columbus, because it's their first time ever in the playoffs, and it's Columbus! They don't have any other teams!

we were stuck with a lot of Miami fans in section 429. needless to say, they were mad at us (rooting for BU) at the end. lets hope another Boston team can win a championship this spring!
Boston in 5
Caps in 6
Jersey in 6
Philly in 7

San Jose in 5
Detroit in 4
Vancouver in 6
Calgary in 7
red wings sweep the caps in the finals, just like in '98. not sure how it'll get to that point.
Boston in 5

Washington in 7

New Jersey in 6

Philadelphia in 7

San Jose sweeps

Detroit in 5

Vancouver in 7

Calgary in 6

oh yeah: GO TERRIERS!!!

no love for the Blackhawks?  they destroyed Calgary all season long!
boston in 5
rangers in 7
jersey in 6
pens sweep

sharks sweep
wings in 5
van in 6
hawks in 7
Boston - 6
Rangers - 6
Jersey - 5
Flyers - 7

Sharks sweep
Detroit - 5
Vancouver - 5
Hawks - 5

Im predicting a super dominant western conference with easy wins for the teams. If the Hawks somehow won the cup, Id be ecstatic. Now let me just hope the Rangers can take out the Caps!

The bean pot might be a cool thing to see as well.  I damn near drove to DC for the Championship game and just hung out until people out side were dumping tickets.  It always happens but I was beat from hitting a show the night before and not getting home until after 4:00 AM.
Did Adirondack make the playoffs this year?
