Laich is not a rookie, tool, it's his second season. (And don't try to get out of it by saying you're talking about Bäckström. 'Those' and 'Rookies' is plural … that means more than one.)

Boudreau's record is now 27-15-7 not really what I'd call a 'Culture of Losing'

(I was sitting about 15 rows back.. …at a playoff game.. …in DC.. ..and I paid face value for the tickets… half of the arena is Pens fans ..which you'll NEVER see in the "shithole that is Pittsburgh") ..but I digress..

So this smart guy replies "Oh yeah, when's the last time the Penguins won the Stanley cup, when you were 3 ?" …and I said "Yeah asshole, I'm 7 years old… we won it 4 years ago… now sit down and shut up and make sure that you tell your boss thank you for giving you the company tickets for the playoff game!" ..and his buddy tapped him on the shoulder and said, embarrassingly, "Uh… yeah man, just sit down. They just won it a few years ago.."

So, um.. I don't think he really had his facts straight. …and another thing.. about being slow.. Do they still put the definition of what the penalties are on the scoreboard/screen above the ice when there's an icing or off-sides call at a Caps game?? …because uh… they don't do that in Pittsburgh..because.. um.. we know what the penalties are. ;)
