202(2)5 - dems in disarray thread

I guess the surprise guest was the friends we made along the way.
At the risk of upsetting Cock, can I say that both Big Gretch and Kamala were looking fine last night? Their speeches were good, too.

And by saying that, I also don't mean any disrespect to my own fine looking wife.

Gretch was on fire and I agree, looked hot doing it
Man, the Dems can learn a lot from Zohran and his deftness in the digital landscape as well as his eloquence to talk like a human

I know the establishment and the media are trying to exile him, but that boy has got some skills

he, like Trump is able to reach younger voters and people outside traditional political circles

I hope they are taking notes as this is how to energize people
wow asking the republican to drop out, when your own candidate couldn't even win the primary is kind of wild
(I don't agree with most of what is said here, but he's not wrong that the GOP isn't a life line for a failed primary of a failed governer)

also related, Zorhran Mamdani carried Jeffries' district by approximately a 12-point margin
finally Dems are doing something that is going to make a big difference!!!

Sen. Jeff Merkley on his 20th hour on the senate floor

(couldn't figure out how to get the sarcasm font working)
I wish Fetterman would just switch parties already. We had some big Fetterman supporters here. Boy did you fuck up.
yep, huge disappointment.  He appeared to have a lot of conviction and be a man of the people
was a smoke screen, just like Sinema

I will admit, I thought he was going to be an asset for the dems to get the blue collar/bud drinking crowd, alas…

this may be why
Polling shows his approval rating is higher among Republicans than among Democrats in Pennsylvania,

interesting stats
2023 (first year in U.S. Senate): Voted with Democratic Party 99.2% of the time
2024 : Reported around 83% alignment with Democrats on party votes
2025 (to date): Data suggests approximately 78% party unity

are you saying the Dr Oz would have been better? (well maybe connor lamb in the primary was the one to back)
I would like to point out that I hated Fetterman from day one, and for good reasons: he looked dumb and had dumb facial hair.  AND I WAS RIGHT TO DO SO!!!!!
Wow, this is one crazy pitch. Vote for me, or Donald Trump is going to take over New York City.
