Catherine Wheel ~ Adam & Eve

It's not Ferment or Chrome, but it's still pretty damn fine. I'm preparing my thesis now for submission & presentation to the RnR Hall of Fame induction committee - it's entitled:

How Can You Be So Fucking Good, Yet So Under Appreciated?

I was kind of surprised to see all the great reviews. You give it the Grotty seal of approval?
Only if you're in the mood for some badass ROCK n ROLL. It's a big step forward for them, but let me spend a little more time with it & some Coronas this evening before I give it the whole hearted \nn/ endorsement :D

See if you can find these for a test drive to sample:
on the lash track 3
up against the wall track 1
party the baby off track 13

I just found this on pf:
They may not be the wittiest or most erudite band around, but the Icarus Line pummel with an intentness and honesty that trumps the best of their contemporaries.
A Jag recommendation from way back:

I just noticed that there is song on there called Son of Jaguar 'E'

hmmm…

Catherine Wheel + Icarus Line + Swervedriver…That's a lot of guitar this week…must be the heat.

have you given it as few more listens? - I have and I'm very very dissapointed - a big slide in standards from Mclusky do Dallas

yeah I have, and I agree with you, I just thought everything about Mclusky Do Dallas was done so well, nothing is better on this one, the songs are not as catchy and the sound is not as clear
