Vinyl isn't dead yet...

Whatever happened to getting the free tapes?

It’s weird how much money people pay for their live dead fix…

That’s an amazing price though

I wish I had had the money to buy the complete 72 set I will admit
Second pressing of Purple Mountains is finally on the shelves
Queens of the Stone Age Announce Vinyl Reissue Series
Rated R, Songs For The Deaf, Lullabies to Paralyze, Era Vulgaris return to vinyl later this year

Queens of the Stone Age have announced a vinyl reissue series of their first four albums for Interscope. Rated R and Songs For The Deaf are out November 22, while Lullabies to Paralyze and Era Vulgaris drop on December 20. The new vinyl reissues are being released via Interscope/UMe.
I was going to post that

I am not panicking but many are

Most new issues - let’s face it- are not audiophile material…many I think are just made from the CD….And I tend to buy more used vinyl

I don’t even really understand what “lacquer’s” are to be honest
It’s a pretty big deal. They had an unbelievable monopoly on lacquers.
It is definitely big…I have read the Japanese lacquers or DMM suck so…
Yeah. DMM is what people are scared of.

I will be in Charleston, SC. I strategically, booked my hotel very close to a cool little record store. http://recordstopchs.com/

This I'm excited for
that Dead mans pop relase last year
people wet their panties over it and IMO was meh.  It was my least favorite era, so I don't know how you can improve that
I know this was a part of that, but I really wasn't intrested in half the box set

I'm not queueing or paying double, but I think I can be patient

Wow it really is a good list, even the various artists picks are great IMO
There are definitely a few things on that list that I’d like to get. Nothing that I have to wake up at 3am and wait in line for tho.
