it's drunk
Alvvays Announce ‘Blue Rev’ Anniversary Vinyl — Literally Filled With Blue Rev filled with the sugary alcoholic beverage the LP is named after.
The Canadian band worked with the custom vinyl manufacturer Romanus Records to produce just 50 copies of the reissue, piping vodka-based cola into the vinyl to create a trippy, translucent mixture that moves throughout.
priced a $200 a shot, hopefully it lands in the hands of true fans but likely a flippers paradise…

One can only assume hutch is currently going through the 421 lots of records that the BBC is currently auctioning off from their archives… of course a true record collector would never buy anything with a sticker applied to.

The Call re-issues available via this Kickstarter…
Reconciled and Into The Woods on vinyl/CDs/digital downloads
And a Lost Tapes release with tracks finished up by the band from previously nearly complete studio tracks featuring Michael Been's voice.
two live shows can be added as well

They should issue the slanted, crooked and wowee reddux editions on vinyl…I would buy those….
They really kind of fell out of favor with me with brighten the corners and then terror twilight just sucked.
One of the things I am missing in my collection is something autographed by Malkmus and preferably the rest…

I mean can you really put a price on answering one of the oldest questions in human history?

Pretty sure the Joe Jackson is stashed away somewhere..
I would have sworn there was a Sonic Youth album with an etched fourth side… but clearly old age is getting it confused with another album :'(

Huh. That's not what I thought it meant.
The way it was explained to me is that side 2 has 2 independent grooves, so depending on which you play, you get a different set of tunes. I.e., side B has 2 different track lists.

Might have some Detroit Techno 12”s that have that feature, they got up all sorts with their pressing. Some even featured locked grooves.
I’ve definitely got one 12” that plays inside out - King Kurt “Destination Zululand”

Ah, okay. Christian Marclay mentioned a horse race game record with multiple grooves.
It was probably this one.
