pretty sure i have the rare original sleeve but probably not near mint…

someday a record store will make lots of money off my record collection… trying to dispose of it on my own would probably haste my time on earth…

This is not a rare record.
I don't think anyone is claiming 1999 is a rare record, the claim is that paper inner sleeves found in some pressings are rare..  looks it came with just clear plastic sleeves as well

as a representative of webdevs, i would like to point out this is likely a clerical/data-entry error.  the webdevs build the business a nice UI to the CMS, so why CAN'T THEY FUCKING ENTER THE PRICES CORRECTLY?!?!
