The Anthem

damn… posts are being deleted, eh?
Goo goo g' joob
Kind of surprised some of these shows not sold out yet
Lorde
QOTSA
Phoenix
Courtney and lice
St Vincent

I think if any of them play Echo or DAR, probably would have sold out
(I know it's bigger…how much exactly?)

Don't know about you, but gone are the days when I could outright buy tickets to all the shows I want to see when they go on sale. This shit's getting expensive.

+1

There are a couple on that list that I'd like to go to but they are just too much for me.
With such a huge range in capacity (2,500 - 6,000), I wonder if the era of the sellout is gone for most of those bands.  I suppose they have to configure the space for a certain crowd size at some point (the day before?).

Maybe selling out the Anthem just happens when you reach that negotiated size…
surprisingly high number of shows are not sold out
if these were at Dar/Echo…I would have thought the tickets would be sold out first day available
It's honestly an impressive Fall/winter run (has to have an impact on 930's typically fantastic fall winter run)
I'm excited for the new venue have tix to three of these shows…probably two more

Phoenix and st vincent

these two I'm also interested in
the War on Drugs
the Head and the Heart and Phosphorescent
Part of me wants to see that Phoenix show but going up there three times in a week (already have tickets for Foo Fighters and LCD) seems excessive.

I know I got tix to LCD…a little excited, but would rather see phoenix the next night
not sure two nights in a row is gonna be in the budget and would like to trade someone for the LCD tix (and of course there is a second date that hasn't sold out…so ticket value is below face)

nice inside shot
Oh so, that's what the photo shoot was for at the Gorillaz. My pics are better.
I dont think article manages to convey imps links with the community or many of the things it does…the anniversary parties, exhibit, fwb program…the fact 930 club has won club of year for years…article does not quite explain it…also in its market i think imp is killing live nation but article is focused on an almost struggle to survive….

NY Times continues to practice shoddy journalism. Refuses to ask hard questions about walrus rumours. Sad! Failing NY Times continues to carry the water for liberal elites like Hurwitz. Very unfair!

P.S. I will give you all of my money.
Article also does not explain how much IMP growth has mirrorred the gRowth and change in the area

It is Ok article but no great shakes
