So, I also registered for one of the soft opening shows but I didn't get a confirmation email that some did earlier this week (in terms of people I know who registered it seems like about 50/50 in terms of getting that email or not).  I went ahead and shot the Anthem a message on Facebook asking them what was up and they wrote back: 

"If you filled out the FWB form for 10/8 and/or 10/10, you will be receiving Print at Home tickets from Ticketfly a few days before the event"

So I'm guessing this means that as long as you were able to fill out the form before it sold out then you will be getting tickets, even if you didn't get the email confirmation.

Not sure if it's relevant, but it doesn't show up under "My Orders" in my ticketfly account.

I didn't get any sort of confirmation email about the FWB event either….I can't even find the original email in my inbox, heh
