Not sure about the 8th, but apparently the Bacon Brothers will be busking outside of the Foo Fighters on the 12th. Oh, and Fireworks!

Hadn't thought about the apartments.
I'd love to be able to metro. We have no interest in leaving events early because the metro doesn't run late.
