Must be that daily transatlantic tomato run FedEx does.

Ren's Ramen (much better than the hyped Toki) has noodles flown in on the daily transpacific run that fed ex does.
What a wonderful time to be alive. The Gastronomical world is enraptured with food both grown less than ten miles and more than 1,000 miles away from the eatery.
Wiseguys uses local water, but they "Newyorkinize" it.

I don't understand how that makes them any different from the NY pizza snobs.

Because when you talk about pizza…you mean NY pizza

Hey Hutch - Have you been to either La Estancia Churrasqueria or Victor's Grill in Falls Church?  Both claim to be Argentine steakhouses.
good Lord, that photo of the guy fake taking a dump on the beach has been on this page for a long time.

took, care of that.
I ate at Bon Chon over the weekend… holy shit, that's delicious.

Thank god I don't have easy access to one as I'd turn into a giant fat ass, but every Nats game I attend I'll definitely be dining there.

Edit: Just found out there is one in Rockville, so that's a little tempting.
I ate at the one in Arlington recently and loved it…but it was a little spicy and was sweating in my seat
the beers there were great too

I dig spicy food but found the spicy was too spicy. The other flavor was amazing.
