i'm obviously way out of the loop so i can't answer your question, but it warms my heart to see that the following establishments are still kicking: sushi taro, 2 amys, and lapis.

For sure… Admittedly, I think a top 100 list is more bloated than a end of year killsally best of list.

So far, Chef Geoff West End, is awesome. We made friends at the bar, before our reservation! I wanna go to the Ritz Carlton bar, which is next door, afterwards!

I added a bit of Kala Namak to my tofu scramble. Gave it just the right amount of eggy.
