That's been happening a lot these days. Not just for Atlantis shows, but TM in general. It seems that having the ticket in your cart is no longer a guarantee it's yours.
That happened to me for Joan Jett, Gary Clark Jr and a few others.
I know the work around and I'm hesitant to share…. but i will for the community.
If you're in the app and this happens, simply switch to the browser on your phone and you'll most likely get the ticket. If you're on an actual PC, this doesn't work though however.
