What Did You Just Buy Tickets To?

Jeez dude I was just making some jokes.
yeah it's all about Kilsally
i like killsalys new name more than i like killsalys old name.  but thats just me.
Thanks walky!

I have several more if I ever want to switch.
kilsally, sorry, i thought you were being serious.  my bad.

i like "Hexenjagd" in the abstract, but in practice the name pisses me off a little because i don't know how to pronounce it.  so every time i see it i stop what i'm thinking/reading and start down the rabbit hole of "HEX-'en-yah'd? hexen-JAH-duh? hexen-ya-duh?…"

i'm easily distracted.  that nick reminds me of this unfortunate fact ;D

Most expensive Ottobar ticket I ever bought,

Didn't pull the trigger on Friday for that exact reason.  GREAT line up but, geez, $38?

$18 to see them with Spirit Caravan at a 250 capacity club in Raleigh.
High on Fire is the biggest draw on that lineup
$38 is a good price if you like all 3 bands

Dont forget Ilsa! I have never heard MAGRUDERGRIND or STRONG INTENTION but they are definitely in good company.
$60 in gas and 10 hours in a car to see them in Raleigh.

Magrudergrind is pretty cool grindcore. I saw them at Macrock once and some crowdsurfer punched the singer in the face causing his nose to bleed….Did not stop the show haha. Strong Intention is ok but probably the worst band on the bill. Ilsa is a powerhouse of Satanic metal for sure! The ticket was 45 bucks with fees but it is just a one-off gig for all the bands and not a tour. It should be a rad show, and probably worth the price tag once all is said and done.

Not quite 60 and 10.  My brother lives in Raleigh and me and the wife have tons of friends down there.  Was going to be in town anyway!

Also no High on Fire or Eye Hate God.  I was pretty much just talking out my ass.
It is if you're driving a 1995 Saturn, lol.

I moved from Raleigh to Takoma Park in 1997. Pulling my 1989 Lebaron with a UHaul truck, by myself. Pretty sure that took 5 hours and ?$ gas bucks. Really depends on what kind of traffic you hit.
