I was expecting more out of this:

After many months of planning, Wordless Music is deliriously proud to announce details of Warp20 NYC, the second and only U.S. installment in a series of
worldwide events taking place this year in Paris, Tokyo, London, and Sheffield.

Warp20 NYC will be a four-day celebration of the music, films, and 20th anniversary of the the peerless UK label Warp Records, without which there would
surely have never been a Wordless Music series.

On September 3-6, in venues across New York City, Warp artists Battles, Flying Lotus, Chris Clark, !!!, Prefuse 73, Pivot, and Hudson Mohawke will headline
shows in two different venues, while The New Museum offers free and continuous screenings of full-length features, documentaries, music videos, and shorts
from several dozen directors hailing from around the globe.

The fest so far includes a September 4th show at Terminal 5 with Battles, !!!, Prefuse 73 and Pivot. Tickets go on AmEx presale today at noon. General
sale starts Friday, July 24th at noon.

The other confirmed fest show will be a free concert at the World Financial Center Winter Garden with Flying Lotus, Chris Clark and Hudson Mohawke on September
5th.

Spanning two stages, indoor and out, BEMF will be headlined by The Juan Maclean (live) and also feature Young Love, Jupiter One, Shy Child, Home Video, Designer Drugs, The American Dream Team as well as dozens of other DJs and performers. BEMF, curated and produced be Famous Friends, a New York-based promotion company, is an all-day event for emerging and established dance artists celebrating the vibrant music scene found in the city of New York. The festival will bring together New York?s veterans and up-and-coming talent, along with some special out of town guests, and will be held on Saturday, August 8th at Old American Can Factory, located at 232 3rd Street in Brooklyn from 4PM to 4AM.

Depending on ticket prices, I may consider this MoF show.

The one song that's out from their upcoming album is pretty damn great.

so was anybody able to get NIN tickets for the ny shows??
yup - i'm going to both T5 shows <insert ear-to-ear grin>
i was able to snag one for tuesday. gonna try to get one for wednesday on the 31st
I heard people were complaining up a storm who tried to get presales from the nin website.  The website wouldn't connect or just stalled.
i received an email from bowery and bought thru ticketmaster and didnt have a problem. i think a lot of folx were upset because they didnt know about the presale.
i was lucky enough to snag 2 for wednesday. so happy that mew is opening!
Joe got a Webster.

Sadly, the new Mew is one of the most boring albums to come out this year.
Such a shame after the masterpiece that was And the Glass Handed Kites.
Hopefully for your sake, they stick to old material.

To me this would be a more natural show in either Pittsburgh or Cleveland
Anyone up for a Social D road trip to Atlantic City??
