My favorite Richmond gin distillery (James River Distillery — their UA naval strength gin is/was one the best gins in the world, and this is coming from me) closed two weeks ago and now this. These are sad times for mid-Atlantic G+T drinkers.

i believe the original offer included a $1 billion penalty to any party that backed out.  i have to assume that elon will make the argument that twitter misrepresented itself (re: number of bots) and thus he should be able to back out without penalty.
