Belly up, fired, and retired

Yvon Chouinard, founder of Patagonia, and his family just gave away the entire company to a specially designed set of trusts and nonprofit organizations. They were created to preserve the company’s independence and ensure that all of its profits — some $100 million a year — are used to combat climate change and protect undeveloped land around the globe.

They even paid taxes on the deal ($17.5m).
impressive.  I heard he bought a ton of land in Chile, just so they could make it a notional park

has it taken you this long to realize spelling isn't my strong suit
By the way, I'm a protected class, so watch it or I'm sicking Kosmo on your for a DEI board violation

nor is punctuation… <hides>

just yankin' your chain, t'was easy pickins and i'm lazy AF.  and it's not as if i can claim the high ground: i type fast but not as fast as i think.  i'm constantly skipping a word ("didn't mean do that") or getting the ending of a word wrong ("after the the bomb explode") because my brain has moved on before my fingers were done.

Probably not the GOAT, but man, he was my favorite all time. Never a dude who made it look so absolutely effortless in his prime.
He's also a dude he overcame incredible odds to achieve greatness. Dude was born with 50% of his name being E-R and look what he did despite that.

can confirm, your math is correct
(since the first e in his last name isn't followed by an r, it's excluded)

This was my methodology, yes.
Dude is also an absolute monster on the Peloton. He's high fived me before as well!
i come to 930.com for the name-based numerological analysis.

and yeah, one of the all-time greats.

And capitalization is just blatantly ignored by both of you.

Federer? Really?

I think he’s the GOAT. Magical player and pure class
It’s easy to be classy when you are always winning. It’s how you handle losing that says something. See his reaction after losing to Del Potro 2009 US open final.

Yup… he's a maniac on the bike if you ride. Anyway,  he high fived me back on the leader board one day.

On the other side of that equation: see Serena Williams in every loss ever.

Serena is absolutely the worst sport. I don’t get all the worship of her. Meanwhile Venus is classy.

This is correct.
Right turns on red in the district
