Recommend some good movies!

Anyone excited for Hardcore Henry? I remember seeing the short pop up on YouTube a bit ago and thought it was great. Not sure how it'll translate to being a full length movie and on a giant screen.

There's been a few low-low budget 1st person/POV movies recently, Hard Line and Dead Rush. I watched Dead Rush and it gave me a headache. Hardcore Henry might be a little better but I feel like I'm going to be all dizzy watching it.
The FPS scene in Doom was cool… A whole movie like that???? Why not just play a video game?

Swiss Army Man, with Daniel Radcliffe playing a farting corpse that washes ashore and befriends a lonely shipwreck survivior, looks great.

This is awesome!

@killsaly I had the same thought, but it's different from playing a video game. I definitely feel like I'm going to be dodging and moving as if it were one of those "action theatre" rides at amusement parks lol.

She probably lied and told her you were Jewish.  That's the only rule her mom probably followed…

this, looks good.  very, good.

grrrl.
rikki and the flash
a pleasant evening's diversion, despite the numerous clichés and general predictability.
streep sings decently and strums a nice blue tele.
troubled daughter (streep's real-life) rocks an 'x - los angeles' tee.
cool - bernie worrell, rick rosas, and joe vitale are the flash.
less cool - rick springfield is in the band as well.
film is dedicated to rick the bass player.
jonathan demme - dir.
ok this isn't a recommendation but more of …why!? (TBT I did like the original)

Punk's Dead: SLC Punk 2

this one line review is classic: A much-belated sequel some evidently wanted but few will enjoy

I always loved the original [don't even remember hearing about a sequel] but Matthew Lillard just rubs me the wrong way. That character of the semi-loveable, 100% abrasive, too loud, ADD dickhead just fits him all too well.
What horror movies do you recommend?

Showgirls. Absolutely terrifying.
Hunt for the Wilderpeople

That's a general recommendation, not a horror movie rec.
Hell or High Water

Bridget Jones's Baby
was it supposed to be a Rosemary's baby sequel?
