Look, if you're going to do this, don't be lazy: use the Pitchfork tenth-of-a-point scale, not just integers.
was hoping some people had some great comedies that I missed in the last 20 years
but looking like I didn't miss much
Big Lebowski was a wild turn for me. This year I've been soaking up as much from the zombie genre as possible, with a recent focus on South Korean flicks.  There's a lot of great stuff out there, but I've been struggling with Peninsula. It's pretty horrible.
School of Rock is pretty good but not a classic… I just like all the references to rock

Should have included both of these. D&C, in particular.

Agree it is one of the most rewatchable films ever. Sublime comedy, imo.

I’d add Clerks, Swingers, Something About Mary, Wedding Crashers to the discussion. Maybe even Dumb/Dumber, Superbad, Shaun of the Dead. A lot of contenders, for sure.

Dude, you have some good beer taste. But I'd put most of those movies on a list of worst movies I've ever seen.

Which, in particular? Some are admittedly very stupid but I’d dig my heels on the first three.

Jack Black is up there with carrot top in terms of comedy.

Carrot Top has never done anything as terrible as Shallow Hal.

Definitely one of the worst movies I've ever seen (my uncle picked it.)

Bah!!!
I guess you guys haven’t seen Nacho Libre!

Jack Black is amazing in it… his use of his eye brows alone should have gotten him the Oscar
Hey man!  These ain't talls!!

Stop. Bad boy. Think about what you did.
I think you guys are forgetting about Blockers, Daddy's Home, and Daddy's Home 2. The first Ted, already mentioned, was funny, too.
