BREAKING NEWS! #KillChainDoc is going to be posted for free viewing just FOR ONE DAY in USA on Monday the 6th on April in YouTube
I can't actually "recommend" it just yet . . . but I plan on watching this tonight, appropriately on Easter, to be cursed and die a Satanic death.

Free, to watch on Amazon Prime Video.
I'd join you, but tonight is the return of Killing Eve.
Just watched Les Miserables, the 2019 French film that was nominated for Best Foreign Film. Streaming on Amazon Prime. Intense and excellent. Only tangentially related to anything Victor Hugo.
Enchanted was pretty decent

Amy Adams is just ravishing in it
Sing Street…soo fuckin good

John Carney totally gets me when it comes to musical movies
Ferdia Walsh-Peelo is fantastic
Love the costume/art direction

I'll take her as a celebrity crush anytime. She's good in anything she's in.
Modern Times

What a beautiful film…

I need to watch more Charlie Chaplin

Oh ….and…Paulette Goddard

It:s old, I know . . . but Michael Clayton, was awesome!
Also, I just bought the last Star Wars film, since I missed it in the theater . . . but before I see it, I am going through and re,watching all Star Wars movies in the correct one should:

The Phantom Menace
Attack of the Clones
Revenge of the Sith
Solo
Rogue One
A New Hope
Empire Strikes Back
Return of the Jedi
The Force Awakens
The Last Jedi
Not a specific recommendation, but this site has some amazing gems:

Just watch them all.
I'm rewatching The Phantom Menace, Attack of the Clones and Revenge of the Sith, before I rewatch the final 3.  Phantom Menace and Attack of the Clones are just horrendous.  Such horrible dialogue and even worse acting.

I actually liked the 3 most recent movies but I'm not the person who dissects every inch of the movie.  I'm in it solely for the light entertainment value.

You know what other movies are good? Ones made for adults and not twelve-year-olds masquerading in forty-year-olds bodies.
I watched the first prequel in the movie theater and that was enough for me…the one with jar jar binks…I had no issue with jar jar binks but the movie was pretty bad

I have the blue ray box but have no desire to ever watch anything but Star Wars, empire and Jedi

I don’t see any appeal in the recent ones as they dont come from the mind of George Lucas

I would rather watch Howard the duck!
I do not understand Star Wars.

Just watched Zombieland 2. Worth it.
Also saw Hard Eight for the first time this weekend. Pretty good.
Finally saw Jojo Rabbit.  Really enjoyed it and thought it was better than Parasite.

Sorry, just saw this.  There are a few options for you, and there is no right answer.  You listed Chronological by story line, which is fine.  I think it's better than release date if you are going to include Solo and Rogue One (which you should).

There is the Machete Order, which tells the Vader story, eliminates the Phantom Menace, and ignores the sequels (though they could be added at the end):

Episode IV: A New Hope (1977)
Episode V: Empire Strikes Back (1980)
Episode II: Attack of the Clones (2002)
Episode III: Revenge of the Sith (2005)
Episode VI: Return of the Jedi (1983)

If you want to keep Phantom Menace, slide it between Empire and Clones.

But here's what Smackie would do since you have ALL DAMN MONTH, at least:

Star Wars series and limited specials are bolded below.

Episode I: The Phantom Menace (1999)
Episode II: Attack of the Clones (2002)
The Clone Wars (2008 to 2014, 2020)
Episode III: Revenge of the Sith (2005)
Solo (2018)
Star Wars Rebels (2014 to 2018)
Rogue One (2016)
Episode IV: A New Hope (1978)
Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back (1980)
Episode VI: The Return of the Jedi (1983)
The Mandalorian (2019)
Star Wars: Resistance (2018 to 2020)

Episode VII: The Force Awakens (2016)
Episode VIII: The Last Jedi (2017)
Episode IX: The Rise of Skywalker (2019)

I did not include Lego Star Wars, or one off specials, but you be you.
If anyone needs a viewing order for the films of Ingmar Bergman, shoot me a message and I’ll help you out. Fair warning: you’re doing the TV versions of Scenes from a Marriage and Fanny and Alexander not the cinematic cuts.

is IX really needed?  maybe the wounds will heal and i'll be able to revisit in a year, but my current opinion is that Rise brings the whole franchise down.  it's better off without it.
