Yeah nevermind they were playing Saints in New Orleans and were due to lose

Well hello, Milwaukee.
Traded for Yelich and apparently just signed Lorenzo Cain.
RBI singles for both today in winning the division. Nice work front office.
The Brewers Have Played This All Perfectly
16-1 defeat for the Yankees last night. I'll take it. As an O's fan, this postseason is so depressing…really seeing how scattered all my favorite players across the teams are now.

I felt for Markakis
I went hiking this past weekend and lost my favorite hat. It was a hat I got at a Jackson, Wyoming thrift store for like two bucks. I liked it because it reminded me of a great family vacation we went on. I also liked it because it said "Jackson, Wyoming" instead of "Jackson Hole, Wyoming" , as all of the Jackson related hats sold online say the latter.
Then last night I found a Yankees hat. One of those fitted jobbers that somebody probably overpaid for. Then I got home and thought to myself, "Why did I take that hat? I'm never going to wear a Yankees hat in public." I guess it will be a nice gift for my Brooklyn born sister-in-law.

Even I would not gift a used hat…make sure to wash it
This Machado character is a bit of a dick, no?
Been thinking same
Doesn't everybody smack the catcher in the face mask with the backswing and stomp on the 1st baseman's foot on a groundout? No? He's certainly not helping his 'brand' on the cusp of free agency.
Don’t forget the bubble!

To finish the story, i did wash it. But my brother refused to accept it on his wife's behalf. "She already has a Yankees hat, and i don't want to encourage her fandom with another."
Asshattery gone wild!
Only three players in the history of the game have had back-to-back World Series games each with a homer and at least three RBI. They are Lou Gehrig, Babe Ruth, and Steve Pearce.

And in a contract year. Good for him.

I bet Mr. KKK from last night gets a fatter contract.

With out a doubt and for many reasons, however, he is one player who did not help himself out this playoffs and probably cost himself some money and/or teams. I can't imagine the Yankees thinking he'd be a good fit - the NY fans would be all over him for his antics.
I just assume he will remain a Dodger

They already have a SS and a 3B. Maybe Jeter will give him a sniff.

Jeter. Hadn't thought of Miami.
And no, it won't be the Dodgers. Seager comes back and is better, younger and under control through 2022. Turner is a stud and a clubhouse hero signed for 2 more years. And Machado grossly overstayed his welcome in LA. The fans have had it with him - who the fuck says "hustling is not in my DNA"?
