Game 4 starter John Lackey made more money this year, $16 million, than the entire Indians' rotation ($11.7m). CLE 21st in MLB payroll.

Freedom of the Press. Like a birth certificate, cause of death is also a public record and subject to the Freedom of Information Act. Some states limit the amount of information turned over (like photos, for example) but the press is guaranteed the right to see how and why someone died.

Who was the fat guy singing the national anthem for game 2? Sure it wasn't Jose Fernandez or Donald Trump, but other than that i have noguesses.

This could be it for the Cubs… Cleveland has runners on 1st and 3rd with only out… up 3-1…top of the 6th…I don't know they can afford to give up any more runs…
ooh close call at third…

Cool to see John Paul Stevens in attendance.. feel a little bad for him though….they just showed him and it said he'd attended the 1929 and 1932 World Series..

he wasn't driving.. maybe.. just giving direction so ok if he was drinking
kinda interesting that this witness didn't come forward until the toxicology results came out and suddenly there was some vested interest in having him not be the driver….. but that also might just be my usual cynicism talking…..
