Just Postponed (or Cancelled)

Firefly Festival
I noticed there are still multiple listings on the 930 calendar for April that haven't been officially cancelled or postponed. What up wit dat?
Just NOT Cancelled…most domestic flights. I guess if they fly with 10 people on them, they can give people credits they're often not going to use rather than cancelling the flight and giving people their money back?
Funk Parade that was to be May 9. My second favorite annual spring event after the cherry blossoms.
Trey Anastasio Band tour
Menuhin 2020 just became Menuhin 2021
Not that anyone is taking the metro (or even lives in the DMV on this board)
Maryland schools, through 4/24
why are they closing metro stations?  lack of users, so saving money?
i heard it was to address staffing shortages and reduce the number of stations to keep clean
Brendan Benson at UHall postoponed
can we just cancel this thread or do we need it more than ever?
Oh come on…it's the new JA thread (just announced, not Julian's America)

for that reason alone … if we had the survey feature working… might just be the winning reason

edit
That wasn't a very 2020 response

how about this
I'm sorry that you don't like it, you can feel free to not view this thread, therefore not be offended

Mississippi is such an embarrassment

Don’t they have a 50% obesity rate? Probably the highest smoking rate in US?

If covid, god forbid , gets a toehold in there people are going to be dropping dead faster than you can sing Dixie

This. Also Anthem.
I don’t know

My guess is they want to keep the $ coming in

My understanding is when given the green light the plan for Anthem will be to have shows every night…

But I have no idea what will happen or how this all works…do acts get to keep advances? Are there advances? That could really hurt venues…I just don’t know
