It seems kind of disingenuous to change your show from a full band with horns show to a (solo?) acoustic gig and not at least offer your audience a refund option. Unless that is what they are doing?

Couldn't agree more and I'll be getting a refund or disputing the charge.

think you might make an argument that yesterday’s show needed to go on cause the news about the drummer was so last minute
Canceling sucks though… I think “the show must go on” is a pretty established idea…the issue is when the “show” becomes too different

It's no lie that I lap up everything Trey related and actually like TAB without horns…. dirtier/rockier than adding the horn flavor, but changing to acoustic in a GA massive room like the Anthem is just not acceptable.
I also am 100% confused on protocol at this point for basically anything and really don't understand it. I mean, at this point 25% of his band has covid (while all vaxxed) and he's putting himself at risk as well as anyone else in his stratosphere… Additionally, Phish tour starts in two weeks which is a whole other can of worms and protocol. Anyway, shut it down and give me my $$$ back!
