Just Postponed (or Cancelled)

With literally just 18 days away from 6.28 showdate, Cap One’s HARRY STYLES show does indeed get postponed to 2021

COVID is ruining some teen girls’ reason for getting to the end of June

Did the people arrested have a say on being in the show?

apparently people willingly appeared on Cops, they had to give their permission: https://blogs.findlaw.com/celebrity_justice/2014/04/cops-and-suspects-rights-whatcha-gonna-do-when-they-record-you.html
There is a This American Life from last year about Live PD (the spiritual successor to Cops) that addresses those very question. Apparently a lot of people claim to be highly coerced by the police to sign the waivers for it to be on TV. It was a really eye-opening episode.
I can believe that…
PSB/New Order at MPP has been rescheduled for September 28, 2021!!

just got that notification too - 9 October '21 for me.
Nick Cave is cancelled!!

This is a bummer…I figured he would push tour into 2021 and it would show as rescheduled

Tons of cancellations and rescheduled shows

Those aren't all new, but it's a great summary.  Wish the list was sortable, though.
I'm guessing shows won't resume until October? or is it January?
I am guessing end of July per my covid live thread post of last night
still some july shows on there
Citizen Cope July 23rd (the club) and Nathan Radcliff on 7/31  (anthem)

All going to depend on the news…but I'm thinking that smaller shows will start late fall early winter
Just have no idea what the protocal will be
Will you have to sign some form and get your temp taken, will it be at 50% capacity, will you have to wear a facemask, will every one get a 6 x 6 taped out box to watch from?

this is on the cal…was this already announced that it was moved from Eagle Bank to the Anthem?

may not happen tho
I posted about this on the covid live thread

This is the just postponed / cancelled thread

If this goes much longer a lot of independent venues will have to close…a place like the black cat or U St Hall can’t make it much longer… even IMP is going to struggle mightily

It doesn’t look like Republicans (Mitch) are interested in helping independent venues…
Thom Yorke move was announced months ago

But tickets have never gone on sale

It may be a play to not have to refund? It’s LN though

Basically independent promoters can’t refund all tickets…the best way to help is to hold on to your tickets and not ask for the refund

I really detest Mitch. Not gonna elaborate - wrong thread - but he’s an asshat.

I think any thread is an appropriate place to slag that bastard of a human and enemy of the state
So I approve!
GBV 11-21 at Ottobar shows postponed (again)
