wait, are you saying that they're postponing/cancelling this gig before it was ever announced?

i guess it's more efficient that way… just go straight to the disappointment.
So bummed… I really wanted to see Spoon at the clarb

Fuck covid

Bummer

I just bought tickets on Saturday to this and a mess of other shows. Ah well, here's hoping there is a postponed date and not a cancellation.

I saw the public is 1/21 - I guess tomorrow is the presale?

Would I be able to access the presale from the box office tomorrow?

Going to try snagging a Fontaines DC too

Yes. Yes it was.

I’m also clearly confused
If this gets cancelled, I’m going to treat JohnnyBaconbitz as our prophet until he fails to keep my faith.
That will unfortunately be an a classic **ass to masks** show with no room.

4/9 is a Saturday.

Will 4/10 be added as a second Richmond show or a second DC show?

How does the National compare to the 9:30 in terms of user experience?

The National has more capacity, but you have to travel south on I95 on a weekend and then north after, however, it sounds like you enjoy that activity on occasion.

It has a inclined floor, which can be immensely beneficial for shorter patrons. Sound is solid and seats upstairs are nice if you you don't feel like standing for almost 3 hours.
I like the National but driving back for two hours after a show is a total buzzkill for me.. I did it once for Ween… never again
for $50 you can stay in the classy Richmond Motel right up 301
Yeah but I don’t sleep great on the road

95 minutes from the National to my house, when there's no traffic, late night.

Though while I'm teleworking, a Monday night is basically the same as a Saturday night.

Tickets for Spoon at the National are $27.50, atthe 9:30 $45
Beths at Blackcat moved from 1/20 to 2/25
