I must agree.

Thanks again.
man, a smashing pumpkins button would look sweet on my jean-jacket.

I would still like Corgan to put out a real acoustic record. Just him and an acoustic guitar.

I agree. I saw them perform acoustically in LA for a KROQ event and was blown away.

I have a brillaint live set from '93 that I'd be happy to share with you. It's a live combo Cd from Chicago and Holland.

Hummer from that set.

That'd be great. I have an acoustic bootleg as well; I wonder if its the same thing. I bought it up in New York at some record store - titled "Intimate and Interactive."

EDIT: I think it is the same thing; I've definitely heard that version of Hummer before and I'm pretty sure its on that record that I've got. I'll have to go back and double check.
  Why is it that no one is bitching about the nonsense way in which these tickets are being sold? This is my FAQ discussion with Shadrach.

Me: The rules for tonights show are BS. My girlfriend bought me tickets as a gift and I'm taking my buddy. She doesn't even like the Pumpkins, but she's required to go? I understand her having to pick up the tickets, but why does she have to go? We have the same address, so it'll prove she's not a scalper. Please any thoughts?

Shadrach said: There was a VERY CLEAR disclaimer when tickets were purchased that all tickets were NON-TRANSFERABLE. That same message has been on our website since before tickets went on sale. The rules for will call tonight have been posted in the forum since Friday and an e-mail went out reminding folks of these rules.

Me: All tickets state non transferable when purchasing them, meaning not being transfered to another person or credit card after the purchase and when picked up at will call, must present that card and ID. The new "rule" states that the buyer has to go! That rule was posted 5 hours AFTER the show sold out. So, don't say this has been clearly explained. Prepare for some real pissed off people tonight. F!@# Billy!
Here you go…this was at 5:45 tonight

There were a few cops on the opposite corner, and some crackhead laughing at everyone.

At least it cooled off a bit thanks to the rain!

Mostly because everybody seemed to understand it but you (and your girlfriend). This is the 10th US residency show thus far that has been done this way. It shouldn't have been a surprise to anybody. The ticket purchaser plus one guest will be let in and they must enter together.

Plus we all think Shadrach is just dreamy…
Glad I never give up.
what do you mean?
Always take a chance and go to the venue. You may get lucky and score a ticket. It is worth it. People back out on their friends all the time. I've had to take my parents to shows at the 930 because of unreliable friends.

Kudos to the club staff-I thought this (wristband pick-up) went really smooth.
Highlights:
- Sped up versions of "Bullet With Butterfly Wings" and "Zero" RAWKED
- Acoustic "Rocket"
- The wall of sound on "Tonight Tonight"

Not-so-highlights:
- The second to last encore (is that "Gossamer"?) was a little too self-indulgent.

A lot of "Zeitgeist" tonight, but also a good mix of hits and other stuff thrown in. What do you expect for over 3 hours? :D

Thanks 930 for a great night.

Agree. It was very well organized and managed.

Your kidding right?
Set list anyone?
We made it back home to Richmond all safe and sound. Only saw one scalper scum couple who got two pair of ticekts meet up with the people they sold the guest tickets to for $250 each on evil-Bey. Scum bastards had the look like they had ZERO desire to be there other than to take someone's $250. I think they got figured out by the appropriate people… :) The show was amazing although I personally didnt get into the acoustic portion all that much. I'm sure most really thought that part kicked ass. All in all a pretty damn good evening, but Im tired now and heading to bed!
